3. Some of the information that advertisers and ad networks collect using our Services includes, but is not limited to, your mobile device's unique identification ID and your mobile phone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use encryption technology to ensure that these third parties cannot personally identify you. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you download on your mobile device, mobile websites you visit, your imprecise location information (such as zip code), and other imprecise location information to help us applications and elsewhere to analyze and deliver anonymous targeted advertising. We may also share encrypted versions of the information you provide to enable our partners to attach other available information about you for analytical or advertising related purposes.
4 General erasure and shielding of personal data The data controller shall process and store the data subject only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or to the extent approved by other legislators in the laws or regulations of the European legislator or controller of personal data. If the purpose of storage is not applicable, or if the storage period specified by the European or other competent legislator expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted periodically in accordance with legal requirements.
5 Data Subject Rights Sonic only collects anonymous information for targeted advertising and tracking user behavior within the app. If the user wishes to revoke access to this automatically collected information, he or she can turn off individual device tracking on his or her portable device.
6 Advertising Companies Facebook The data protection guidelines published by Facebook (available at https://facebook.com/about/privacy/) provide information on Facebook’s collection, processing and use of personal data. In addition, it explains what setting options Facebook provides to protect the privacy of data subjects. In addition, different configuration options are provided to avoid data transfer to Facebook. 7 Legal basis for processing

Please be aware that while we strive to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
11 Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically if there are any changes, as continued use will constitute consent to all changes.
12 Your Consent By using our services and products, you consent to our processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy and as modified by us. "Processing" means the use of cookies on a computer/handheld device or the use or access to information in any way, including, but not limited to, the collection, storage, deletion, use, consolidation and disclosure of information, all of which will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred, processed and stored in accordance with U.S. privacy standards.
